The word “Advent” comes from the Latin word meaning “to come”. In the church, Advent is a special season in preparation for God’s greatest gift, the birth of Jesus Christ. This year Advent begins Thanksgiving weekend, Sunday, November 27th and lasts until Christmas Eve, December 24th. We, as a church family will begin the celebration of the season on Sunday morning November 27th, coming together for worship.

Christmas Eve Worship Services
December 24th 7:00 & 11:00 PM
Lessons and Carols.
A series of Bible readings and Carols brings the Christmas story to life. As we remember the time surrounding the birth of Christ, we’ll sing together favorite hymns. From Hark the Herald Angels Sing to The First Noel to Joy to the World, join choirs, band and musicians in a musical hour. The evening closes with traditional candlelight, as each person’s candle is lit from the Christ candle while we sing Silent Night together.
