- Provide a center for growth opportunities, where Christian education is valued, individuals are encouraged to explore spiritual development, and participants are equipped for witness and mission.
- Create a sanctuary of acceptance and caring, reaching out to all people as a safe and inclusive place of belonging, where each individual is seen as a child of God with gifts to be encouraged and developed.
- Provide a foundation for developing a relationship with the Risen Christ, for serving the world as instruments of God, and for reaching out to make disciples for Christ.
- Encourage growth in the Body of Christ through an active program of invitation and outreach in the community.
