Committees make Bear Creek happen. Running the church is similar to operating any other service organization or business and like most nonprofit organizations, much of the work is done by volunteers. The Trustees manage the facility and grounds. Finance Committee manages the budget and other financial resources. Staff Parish Relations Committee is the liaison between the congregation and church employees such as the pastor. Worship Committee plans and coordinates all worship events as well as music ministries. There are committees that plan and coordinate fellowship events, mission programs, Christian education programs, community programs, marketing efforts, and other activities.
